There are probably several methods to make this work. One is described
here: http://support.gpgtools.org/kb/faq/networked-home-broken. Or your
can use a configuration option either on the command line or via
gpg.conf to set up the location of the secret keyring and store that on
the encrypted partition. Also using --homedir or exporting GNUPGHOME
with the location to the .gnupg directory should work. I'm therefor
closing this report. Please feel free to reopen it, if you still think,
you hit a bug.
