Just tried it again (on a completely different system) - the indicator is not displayed. I had troubles adding the ppa
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:~indicator-multiload/stable Cannot add PPA: 'ppa:~indicator-multiload/stable'. Did you mean 'ppa:indicator-multiload/stable' ? In the end I used ppa:indicator-multiload/stable-daily. The result is the same: indicator-mutliload is not displayed. current version: indicator-multiload: Installed: 0.4-0+84~33~22~ubuntu14.04.1 sorry that I have no better news.
