For _CRS error (ex pnp 00:0a: can't evaluate _CRS: 1), I used fwdt to
run the failing _CRS, and it seems running fine, and there are no
obvious errors in disassemabled AML.

As a result, I am suspecting this may not be a firmware error and
therefore I tried the latest kernel v3.16-rc4-utopic @
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ - no _CRS error in dmesg.
The next step is to identify which kernel version fix this problem.
