https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/PositionReporting did don't help. Actually, adding tsched=0 in the end of load-module module-udev-detect at /etc/pulse/default.pa made music to slowly, unsteadily crawl forward crackling, a bit like playing a vinyl record in too slow rpm (also total jams occured, still).
