`apt-build world` isn't interruptible at different stages
* during acpi table loading, every entry in output in the form of `Loading
Acpi table from file
/var/cache/apt-build/build/acpica-unix-20140214/tests/.../...aml - Length ...
(...)` requires <kbd>Strg</kbd>+<kbd>c</kbd>
* `apt-get update` invokations require multiple interruptions
* sometimes parallelized builds require multiple interruptions
If for some reasons interruption is a really bad idea (it isn't in the
cases of `apt-get update` and during build) the first reception of
SIGINT should be logged at least and the second reception should really
kill (in linux terms, i.e. forward SIGINT) the program.
