Public bug reported:
I have a UHD monitor, and I used the "Display" setting to bump text
scaling up to 1.5.
The top level system settings app with icons for all the individual
settings now uses the new text size, but truncates all the labels
because it refuses to resize. In fact, it won't let me grab a corner and
manually resize.
This is on a new install of 14.04 with all updates applied.
