Same thing over here I have an Acer aspire 5572, running a fresh install of Gutsy tribe 5 with all the latest updates (as today)
I have a intel card and the test button is clickable. And when I try to test, X restart and my external monitor (samsung syncmaster 753dfx) becomes primary monitor and my laptop becomes the clone with the same resolution as the monitor (I'm trying xinerama) So I try to apply instead of test and it generates the following xorg.conf (whereas xorg.conf.1 was the config before I tried to configure xinerama.)
