It seems that thunar dos not refresh info about files not only on NFS. I have this issue on smb share (ALT+F2, smb://server/share). I use Xubuntu 12.04.4 x86_64. Open share, make changes to files (resize photos) - thunar shows first time info: size, resolution, etc.
