For me this occurs whether or not I have any USB devices plugged in. The
IRQ's vary between 22 and 23 somtimes.

An easy way to see this is to just start a terminal on start-up and
leave it running. After 10 minutes or so T61 users would probably see a
message about it. Or just look at kernel logs, either way.

Also, my T61 is set to IRQ 11 in BIOS. I suppose I could put all those
to auto but it seems that didn't help other people.
