I dropped the roaraudio support in OpenAL and put a "fixed" version of
openal in my PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~dtl131/+archive/ubuntu/mediahacks/+packages

If you have no idea what roaraudio is and just want to install wine
again, this should help (it worked on my Utopic VM)

Obviously, if you need the roaraudio backend for some reason, you don't
want to use my version.
