[Impact]
ubuntukylin-theme in trusty is now affected by the following issues that is
critical for OEM:
Bug 1341913: Unable to display Chinese in Plymouth
Bug 1335644: Plymouth doesn't show box for security key
Bug 1329262: plymouth message --text doesn't work with ubuntukylin-theme
The above bugs renders all the Chinese text showing while booting (e.g.
fsck) are in garbage, and prompt for passwords are never showed.
[Test case]
After installing the updated package, Chinese text should be showing correctly,
and passwords are prompted when appropriate.

No obvious potential regression.
