Possibly a corrupted download. I suggest cleaning your APT archive and
reinstalling the package, i.e.

$ sudo apt-get clean
$ sudo apt-get install 0ad-data

In any case, this obviously isn't a bug in 0ad-data itself, so closing
as invalid.

** Changed in: 0ad-data (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid
