This bug was fixed upstream. We don't plan to backport the fix at this point. We may try to push 1.4.1 or 1.4.2 as stable update for 14.04 later this year, after the Ubuntu 14.10 is out. SFLphone 1.4.* is an LTS release, 1.3.0 is not. We want to see how well 1.4.0 will behave in the real world, fix whatever errors.ubuntu.com report, then push a stable update.
