As shown in <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SystemSettings#phone>, *all* the
System Settings icons should be in color; the grey icons are
placeholders. Keeping them all monochrome would make the dynamic
updating much less effective, and wouldn't work at all for the Cellular
icon when SIM colors are implemented.
