Jeb, thanks for this report. Unfortunately it is not useful for
developers because it is too vague. The one specific issue you mention
is that the banner doesn't extend across the whole window width, while
the rest of the layout does, which is already covered by bug 917687.
I suggest reporting separate bugs on individual issues, for example
identifying specific elements that are grey/white and shouldn't be.
