I'm not sure what's triggering this. It appears to not be an indicator-
datetime bug.

1. Nothing's changed in indicator-datetime for a week -- the last change
it landed was in image 180. Changes that landed in 189:
http://people.canonical.com/~ogra/touch-image-stats/189.changes

2. Indicator-datetime is stll advertising its time and menu on the bus.
This can be confirmed from the command line by running this in phablet-
shell:

$ dbus-send --print-reply --dest=com.canonical.indicator.datetime \
  "/com/canonical/indicator/datetime/phone" "org.gtk.Menus.Start" 
array:uint32:0,1,2,3,4
