Same issue with a btrfs partition, eg. mounted at ~/Videos with mount options 'subvol=@videos'. If I delete a file it doesn't appear in the Trash, but is moved to ~/Videos/.Trash-1000. This folder has to be manually removed because 'Empty Trash' doesn't work.
