Public bug reported:

when in content picking mode, user should be able to cancel out of the
app without taking a picture. we discussed with design about putting a
close button somewhere on the main view

- open messaging-app and compose a new message
- press the camera button and choose camera-app

Expected results:
- should be a way to quit camera-app when it's in this state

Actual results:
- no way to quit camera-app you have to take a pic and then press X
