Steps to reproduce:
* boot phone with EE sim present
* open messaging app
* edit message, add photo attachment from gallery
* hit send
Expected result
- MMS sent and arrives at recipient
Actual result:
- Messaging app display message in red with "Failed!" message
** Affects: android (Ubuntu)
