I took a look at the acpi tables, and I can't see anything obvious the kernel does wrong which would make this happen. It is possible for us to change the state of the wireless block in the bios, but it shouldn't be getting set that way, and I don't see any way for it to be inadvertently enabled during suspend or resume. But the details are handled internal to the firmware and not in the acpi tables, so I don't know what might be happening there.
So unfortunately I think it's going to be rather difficult for me to help you get this fixed. Hopefully you can easily work around the issue by using the wireless hotkey to clear the block whenever it happens. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1348801 Title: [HP Pavilion dv6-1390ev] Wifi network fails to come online after resuming from suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1348801/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
