Public bug reported:

If the cloning procedure is setup to use partclone (which is the
default), it's going to fail, reporting that partclone doesn't support
he '-z' switch.

This is caused most likely by clonezilla expecting a more recent version
than the ubuntu bundled one (0.2.51).
