Since i386 isn't supported upstream, I think it's fair to set
Importance: Low in Ubuntu. By all means we welcome people working on it,
but I don't see it as a priority for Ubuntu as a project to enable i386,
and nor does it represent a major break from expectations for Docker
users using Ubuntu.
