Public bug reported:

In Sound panel, the 'Dialpad sound' check box does not work. If you
switch it to off you can still hear the dialpad when dialing a number.

1. open dialer-app
2. dial a number and you will hear the dial tones on pressing buttons.
3. now in system-settings turn of 'dialpad sound'

What happens:
The change does not do anything, you still hear dialpade tone when dialing a 
new number.
