Hi I think this is the same issue. However, when I try to run
'mythfrontend --service' I get this message:

"This version of MythTV requires an updated database. (schema is 18 versions
behind)
Please run mythtv-setup or mythbackend to update your database.
Database host: localhost
Database name: mythconverg"

However, running mythtv-setup doesn't really do much - it asks me a couple of
questions:
- Would you like to start the mythtv backend? (Y)
-> this prints "status: Unknown job: mythtv-backend
         mythtv-backend start/running, process 11981" - but I cannot see this
process in the process table
- Would you like to run mythfilldatabase? (Y)
-> this briefly pops up a black console where I saw something about an
incorrect database name before it disappeared

All in all, not much help :-(

Please can you assist? Myth was working perfectly before the upgrade.

Thanks

- Chris
