I confirm this bug. I am having a dual boot (XP) laptop sony vaio SZ3xp and using Kubuntu. I have come accross with this back twice in Feisy (final release no beta) and now with Gutsy. I cannot boot to linux, and I cant spend more to time to reinstall it for 3rd time...
