Try using QtCurve. (It's german, sorry:
http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/GTK%2B_Anwendungen_unter_KDE?redirect=no  )

1) Install QTCurve
2) Open System Settings
3) Select Application Appearance
4) Select GTK
5) Change the GTK2 theme to QTCurve
