Having more carefully read through them, and having re-read the earlier
notes, I have (I believe) a more useful question.

Would it not be reasonable to mention on the release notes and related
pages that it may be possible to use usb-creator-gtk on a 14.04 system
to make a 14.10 bootable usb stick provided that the user is prepared to
type "live" when informed that gfxboot.c32 is not bootable, or is
prepared to copy the gfxboot.32 file from the 14.04 system onto the usb
stick prior to use?
