Public bug reported: (This is a duplicate of bug #1385016, but `apport-collect 1385016` tells me not to report a dupe, so I used `ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release- upgrader` to file this even though it tells me not to file a new bug. ?!)
Similar to bug #1385016, but I followed https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UtopicUpgrades/Kubuntu to run the GUI release upgrade.
