I've added a futex stressor that rapidly does wait wait timeout and wake futex calls to stress-ng. My intention is not to add too much complexity to stress-ng as the core intention of stress-ng is to rapidly exercise the interface in a specific way, rather than be a thorough and wide per- system call test suite;
