Public bug reported:

Since version 0.23+14.10.20141015.1-0ubuntu1 which included a fix for
bug #1365993, it is impossible to download files from the browser in the
utopic images (RTM images are not affected).

This is due to the version discrepancy of qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-
download-manager0.1.

On utopic:

$ apt-cache policy qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-download-manager0.1
qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-download-manager0.1:
  Installed: 0.8+14.10.20140916-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 0.8+14.10.20140916-0ubuntu1
 Version table:
 *** 0.8+14.10.20140916-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/ utopic/universe armhf Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

On RTM:

$ apt-cache policy qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-download-manager0.1
qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-download-manager0.1:
  Installed: 0.9+14.10.20141014.1-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 0.9+14.10.20141014.1-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 0.9+14.10.20141014.1-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://derived.archive.canonical.com/ubuntu-rtm/ 14.09/universe
armhf Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I’m reporting the bug against webbrowser-app, as it’s what appears not
to work, but the fix really is to backport a more recent qtdeclarative5
-ubuntu-download-manager0.1 to utopic/vivid.
