There's two bits here, the "no feedback on no network" which we designed
how to handle, just never managed to implement (a full overlay when no
results, just a hint at the top when there could be more results).
Since the scope+machinery should tell us when the reason for that is no
network, we could indeed invalidate those when network comes on.
