Public bug reported:

This is annoying e.g.

  * if you just want to skip the error as fast as possible (e.g. after reboot
into a mainline kernel which caused a dkms to fail in dpkg and you know that
you don't want to report this because you checked the logs evaluated the
problem to be unsolvable due to changes in kernel API). There's no sense to
require privileges to give the opportunity to get past the "Ubunu experienced a
problem" dialog - make that "Ubuntu experienced a problem with <package or
binary name here>"
  * if you're used to a bunch of error messages at system start[1] and to
click, let's say, five times on cancel in the "Ubuntu experienced a problem"
dialog, you might more easily click one time too often than if the dialog tells
you the name (proposal for text change see above)

[1] That shouldn't happen in an ideal world, but is reality for almost every
Ubuntu release for the first weeks
