Also, hijacking the bug a bit, there's the question of what to do if an account 
plugin is uninstalled when there are accounts created for that provider.
Should the account disappear from the system settings (and magically reappear 
if the account plugin is later reinstalled), or should we continue showing it 
with some indication that the account is somehow broken?
