Public bug reported:

This bug is related to this one https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-
ux/+bug/1372973 which is marked as "fixed-released". The issue is that
the beep tone doesn't happen when the phone is in silent mode.

Build: r143
Steps to reproduce:
1. switch your device on loud/turn up the sound
2. call your device and hand up the phone you called from
3. you hear a beep when the call is ended
4. now put your device on silent
5. call your device again and hang up

Expected result: you hear the beep
Actual result: not a sound

The beep sound should be played in whatever output the call is performed,
internal, speaker, headphones, etc.
If user switches the output lets say from speaker to internal, the sound should
follow.
