Hmm, when I checked this the last time the strings had been in the
systemsettings.po file. But I can check this once again.

OT:
Perhaps it would be resonable to file some kind of Kubuntu-i18n Meta-Bug (if 
launchpad supports this). Without being nasty I have to confess that probably 
all programs created by Kubuntu itself are affected from more or less severe 
i18n issues.

I know about:
- Adept
- Guidance
- Software Properties (as part of Guidance)
- Restricted Manager (no i18n at all on kde)
- Apport (same as Restriced Manager)
- Systemsettings
- Knetworkmanager (some untranslateable extension)
