I think what's happening with you , Marcos, is that you have the correct package installed, but you additionally have an older (0.6.22) "duplicity" module in your python library path. /usr/bin/duplicity is finding that instead of the system (0.7.0) one.
Did you manually install 0.6.22 some time?
