In comment #6, I also noted the desktop rendering is slower under the performance mode (nvidia) than power-saving mode (intel) Take for example: 1. switch to performance/power-saving mode by the command, prime-select nvidia/intel 2. open the terminal. try to type some words 3. when typing in the words, you could tell the response is different between two modes.
