Well all the other ar3k Firmware files are under this Redistribution license: http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/tree/LICENCE.atheros_firmware And as AthrBT_0x11020100.dfu is just a small version change from AthrBT_0x11020000.dfu (which is already included) you can assume that it is under the same license. But i guess assumptions are not enough ...
