I have the same problem with HP OfficeJet 6500 709n, HPLIP-3.14.10 Public Release, LinuxMint 17 My duplexing option is fully greyed out and i cannot select it anymore. And i selected Autoduplex size A4 so i cant select long edge or short edge But not print a double side. An issue ?
