Hi there,

Is it possible for you to open a terminal and run the following commands?
If yes, try running the following two commands in the terminal:

sudo apt-get remove --purge kismet
sudo apt-get install kismet

When asked about what user to add to the kismet group you should add a valid
username.
If you don't know how to find your username, ask here and I will give you
instructions on how to find out your username.

Kind regards,
Nikos
