Public bug reported: This used to work correctly. When I tried recently to split a LibreOffice Writer table cell into two or more horizontally aligned sub- cell columns ("vertical split"), the split was made horizontally, resulting in additional lines within the cell instead of additional columns within the cell, as intended.
When horizontal split is chosen, the same effect results. That is, both cell split options produce identical results. I'm running Ubuntu 14.04, with all updates current (to within a week). I first discovered this problem about a month or two ago. ** Affects: cups (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1399135 Title: LibreOffice Writer no longer splits a table cell vertically To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/1399135/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
