There is a hold on update-manager-kde try opening your terminal and
issue the following command
𝒔𝒖𝒅𝒐 𝒂𝒑𝒕-𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝒖𝒏𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒖𝒑𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆-𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓-𝒌𝒅𝒆
Then attempt to update the distro again.
