Hello Christopher, BIOS updated to 2.17. Same problem on 14.04/3.13. On Windows (dual-boot machine) bluetooth works and connects.
Now my 'how to report a bug' problem is only more compicated due to your comment: "...so posting this on the old BIOS would not be helpful. As well, you don't have to create a new bug report."
