Public bug reported:

When I type in command to start/stop service and use TAB for completion,
I get error.

Type in: "sudo service apa" and press TAB.
Error message appears:
~> sudo service apaFailed to get D-Bus connection: No connection to service
manager.
che2
Service name gets completed though.

It started to appear after upgrade to 14.10, on 14.04 it was working
without any issues.
