Hello K, or anyone else affected, Accepted dahdi-linux into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dahdi- linux/1:2.5.0.1+dfsg-1ubuntu2.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
