Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
I have a ASUS R2H UMPC with an intel GMA 900 integrated graphics card. I
booted it using the gutsy 20070911 daily live build, desktop version,
and when X starts the display becomes whiter and whiter, until the LCD
is completely white. I didn't have this problem using Gutsy Tribe 5 that
used the i810 graphic driver, but I had the same problem when trying out
the experimental 'intel' graphic driver, so apparently now Gutsy uses
the 'intel' driver at boot time when it finds the intel GMA 900 graphics
card and that's definetely a problem with my configuration.
