** Description changed: Hi, Using Xubuntu 14.04, the MacBook7,1 can't resume after a suspend to RAM since laste kernel update (linux-image-3.13.0-39-generic). The screen does light a fraction of second, but remains off after that. It happened sometimes with kernel linux-image-3.13.0-40-generic, but with last kernel it happens on each resume. I am using the nouveau free driver. Thanks very much for your time and work, Yvan + --- + ApportVersion: 2.14.1-0ubuntu3.6 + Architecture: amd64 + AudioDevicesInUse: + USER PID ACCESS COMMAND + /dev/snd/controlC0: lightdm 1257 F.... pulseaudio + caroline 1805 F.... pulseaudio + DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04 + HibernationDevice: RESUME=UUID=ce350d11-8fde-4381-9b10-c05bdcf2c203 + InstallationDate: Installed on 2014-08-31 (120 days ago) + InstallationMedia: Xubuntu 14.04 LTS "Trusty Tahr" - Release amd64 (20140416.2) + MachineType: Apple Inc.
