I've forgotten to post that I've already solve the problem. It wasn't a kernel issue because this problem also occurs in Ms Windows too (less frequently in WinXP, but in others versions more often)
I've solved the problem changing the hard disks. But eventually HITACHI released a hard disk firmware update that solves the problem.
