Public bug reported:
To reproduce on a system with with lubuntu 15.04 and 14.10 try to add
anothyer install in manual partioning. Then add in this install and it
will get to about where input timezone and say consolesetup failed for
some reason and get prompted to try again or quit and then get dropped
to live session. I was using manaul partitioning.
