So I have moved all my videos to an external hdd. Reinstalled rygel Launch it from cli, and it DID NOT crashed
Then moved back all my videos files into $HOME/Vidéos I was able to see rygel scanning the files one by one as they were copied, in the terminal. It did not crashed. So I don't know which file caused the crash.
